    With a clear understanding of the space and its needs, the planning begins. We start with the fundamentals, the “bones” of the home. Structure, form, and flow guide the development of floor plan options and shape how the new spaces come together. This phase includes detailed space planning, millwork design, and overall layout development.

    design + visuals

    Once the layout and plans are established, next comes the materials and finishes. This phase brings the floorplans to life and starts to layer in the style and aesthetic of the space. It’s an important stage to determine the best materials for the client’s lifestyle and needs. 3D renderings allow for these materials to come to life for a clear visual of the finished spaces, no guessing. The selection are organized and made ready for construction.

    We stay involved and supportive through the entire construction phase for site meetings with contractors and trades. A team focus allows for smooth communication and organization. The planning and material selections make for a smooth process.
